Wearing and Scanning Your Badge

You must always wear your Green Security badge and scan it at a Green Security kiosk (pictured) to access the main campus and Premier Medical Plaza.

Green Security Terminal Locations

• Central Building, Ground floor just inside North Entrance from Parking 2, across from G800.
• Central Building, 2nd floor, in alcove 2D51A, in hallway at the end of the elevators.
• Central Building, 3rd floor, Room 3D/29, just inside the Badging Office suite.
• Patient Tower 2nd floor, F2089 Work Room (From B elevators, turn right. Then first hallway on the right. Workroom is around the corner on the left, across from F2079.)
• Radiation Oncology Center, 2nd floor just inside Ambulance entrance next to RO.2433.
• Stephens Spine Institute building, 2nd floor near sky bridge to Parking 3, across from room 222.
• The Orthopaedic & Spine Hospital (TOSH), 1st floor, OH.1350, just inside dock locker area.
• Winthrop Rockefeller Cancer Institute & Walker Annex, 4th floor on Pat & Willard Walker sky bridge to employee elevators, near CI.4001.
• Premier Medical Plaza building at 10915 N. Rodney Parham Road, public lobby beside the Urology staff entrance (between the Urology and Surgery/Interventional Radiology clinics).

Checking in at Other UAMS Facilities

Appointments Required

You must have an appointment with a UAMS staff member or a pre-approved assignment to visit any UAMS facility. Registered vendor representatives can request and manage appointments through the Green Security smartphone app or log in at gogreensecurity.com.
