EX (Wright Express)

UAMS vehicles are provided with a WEX Card to be used for fuel, maintenance, car wash and repair services. WEX also offers 24 hour Emergency Roadside Assistance. All associated costs will be the responsibility of the department. Below is the link for the WEX website. You can also download the WEX Connect app from Google Play store and the Apple App Store.

Using a WEX Fuel Card

• You’ll receive a WEX fuel card when you pick up your vehicle. To find where to gas up, see a list of WEX Fuel Station Locations or download the WEX Connect app to your phone.
  
  
  
  
  
• To fuel your vehicle:
  • Insert the fuel card into the pump's reader or have an attendant swipe it.
  • Enter the vehicle's odometer reading.
  • The PIN you enter depends on when you were hired at UAMS:
    • If you were hired before July 2022, enter your old five-digit SAP ID. Because you must enter it with a 0 either before or after, you may have to try more than once.
    • If you were hired after July 5, 2022, enter the last 6 digits of your Workday employee ID.
