IT Asset Management
IT Asset Management evaluates computers and computer peripherals and creates proposals and
quotes for them. In addition, we procure and distribute Vocera devices, cell phones and
pagers. We also manage software requests and Imprivata enrollments.

The IT Help Desk is the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff and
patients who need help or information about computer-related issues. We respond
to requests for help 24 x 7, every day of the year.
The IT Workstation Support team, sometimes called Onsite Support, is the face of IT
at UAMS. We’re the team you see in person, and our goal is to keep your technology
running seamlessly so you can focus on your work.
