Our team configures, tests, maintains and optimizes the Epic Electronic Medical Record system for
UAMS. Our goals are to:
Deliver secure and reliable solutions by testing and installing enhancements that cover every
aspect of Epic, from detailed clinical procedures to billing
Respond to requests for Epic support quickly and reliably to ensure uninterrupted patient care
Prioritize project and support requests through a formal governance process that ensures our
work aligns with long- and short-term goals for the organization and our patients
Look for opportunities to optimize Epic and anticipate future needs to improve patient safety
and help the hospital operate efficiently while remaining aware of time and budget constraints
