UAMS IT Pediatrics

We are the liaison between UAMS and Arkansas Children’s Hospital faculty and staff and support pediatric servers, systems and programs.

We support UAMS employees and their UAMS-issued equipment on the Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH) campus in Little Rock and in northwest Arkansas. We also support various Department of Pediatrics remote clinics around the state.

• Receives and configures all UAMS-tagged, pediatric IT equipment for the campuses we support
• Provides access to managed servers, Sharepoint sites and a medical archive
• Provides workstation support on the equipment and campuses we support
• Performs annual inventory and security audits
• Picks up UAMS IT equipment for marketing and redistribution to other users
• Works with the ACH system team to ensure equipment for both institutions is connected, compatible and functional

NOTE: On ACH campuses, ACH IT Support provides workstation support.
