Enterprise Operations

We keep computers and data operating, up to date and secure. For example, we:

• Manage local and Microsoft Cloud services that control access to most applications used on and off campus by clinicians, faculty, staff and students
• Ensure those systems are reliable, secure and performing well so they can support UAMS’s applications and data needs
• Upgrade clinical systems such as Epic, PACS, RLDatix and many others
• Replace aging hardware, servers, storage devices and more to ensure continuous patient care and services for our staff
