Our clients work with our planning team and provide feedback for the best plan forward; or we can simply provide you a cost estimate to plan for future budgets.

Site Reconnaissance

We understand that every site is different. Our team will take the time to understand your facility or department protocols and procedures, and then visit your site to verify on-site logistics, take appropriate field measurements, verify locations of temporary storage areas for tools and supplies, and determine your department or facility's operational needs to ensure we take all precaution to not disrupt business or patient flow.

Pre-construction

Our planning team will put your needs and wants as top priority. We will meet to discuss your objectives, learn your process, and plan for any operational needs and concerns. We'll provide our clients with a mutually agreed-upon construction schedule that will take into consideration all affected departments.

Construction

Our construction team will use the foundation and objectives established through our planning process to collaborate effectively from planning, through construction, all the way to completion. Our process includes a team effort with open communication to ensure the client and patients come first every step of the way.

Completion

We will provide step by step coordination to complete your move in or to resume use of the space, and provide a smooth process with minimal impact on patient flow. Upon completion, we ensure your expectations were met.
