All UAMS requests for project estimates and capital projects anticipated to cost over $15,000 must be submitted to the Capital Budget Committee by submitting a Capital Project Request (CPR) through the StrataJazz (Strata) platform.
Each Division should have at least one authorized Strata user.

Once a CPR is submitted through Strata, it will automatically route through the necessary approvals until it is received in Campus Operations. Campus Operations will contact the requestor to discuss the project specifics and prepare a Preliminary Concept Estimate. However, all capital project requests must be approved by the Capital Budget Committee before project scheduling and construction can commence.
