Dr. Turnage is the Interim Chairman of the Department of Urology.

Nabil K Bissada, M.D.
Professor and Program Director in the Department of Urology, and practices at the VA. Dr. Bissada has a special interest in reconstructive urology and urinary diversion with extensive publications in clinical urology and basic research.

Stephen Canon, M.D.
Associate Professor and Chief of Pediatric Urology, and practices at ACH. Dr. Canon is a specialist who focuses on minimally invasive pediatric urology procedures and researchs electronic medical records for pediatric urology patients.

John R. Delk II, MD
Professor of Urology. Specializes in Urologic Prosthesis for the correction of incontinence and erectile dysfunction with extensive experience in the correction of female incontinence.

Ehab Eltahawy, M.D.
Dr. Eltahawy is an Associate Professor in the Department of Urology. He focuses on urologic reconstructive surgery, urethral strictures and minimally invasive procedures in his treatment and research interests.

Mohamed Kamel, M.D.
Assistant Professor of Urology. Dr. Kamel focuses on urogenital cancer diagnosis and treatment, as well treatment for other cancers, including prostate, testicular and bladder cancer. His research involves evolving da Vinci surgery to treat these conditions.

Ayman Mahdy, M.D.
Assistant Professor in the Department of Urology. Specializes in voiding dysfunction, female urology, urodynamics and female reconstruction. He treats urinary incontinence and retention in both men and women, female pelvic organ prolapse and performs genitourinary reconstruction. Dr. Mahdy also researches new treatments for incontinence, urinary retention and organ prolapse.
