Instructions to Participants
Participants in the UAMS Rural Hospital Program CME website will be required to register in order to receive CME credit for participating in activities. Registration takes less than two minutes and provides you with access to the following features of our program:
- You can earn AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)
- You can print CME certificates from your computer after completing post-test and program evaluation
- CME certificates are archived for retrieval if lost or misplaced
- You can review program information, post-test questions, PowerPoint slides of the presentation and transcripts prior to ordering the CME
- You can review costs for CMEs before ordering
- You can review original programming date, last review date of content, and the date date that the CME will be valid through
The procedures required to obtain credit for CMEs from UAMS Rural Hospital Program are:
- Got to the UAMS Rural Hospital Program Online Continuing Medical Education Main Page
- Register for a new account by clicking the [Sign Up] link
- After registration you will receive confirmation e-mails to activate your account
- Click the Login link
- Click the “My Account” link
- Choose and order the CME lecture you wish to participate in
- After your order has been placed click the “Launch Presentation” link
- Watch the presentation
- You may leave the presentation at any time and return to continue viewing later. The “My Certificates” tab will show you which CME’s you have started. The “In Progress” link under this tab will show you where you are in the program and what you need to do to complete the CME.
- When completed viewing click the “Continue” button.
- Complete the post-test and evaluation
- Print the CME certificate
