If you plan to attend these important events and want to rent academic regalia (hood, gown, cap, tassel), please return the order form to the Office of Faculty Affairs (#849). Orders must be placed by March 16, 2010 to have regalia available for Convocation and Commencement. Regalia Order form

Orders received after the due date will be assessed a $20.00 late fee to cover shipping and handling costs. Please contact Michelle Bilello - mfbilello@uams.edu - in the Office of Faculty Affairs (Telephone: 686-7404; # 849; Central Building 4D40) for more information.
