Salary & Benefits

 

Salary is negotiated between prospective employee and Clinical Service Manager based on:

  • Type of nursing degree
  • General years nursing experience
  • National certification
  • Master's education in nursing or health related field
  • Previous LPN experience
  • Previous unlicensed experience (direct patient care)

After salary based determined, following differentials apply:

  • 20% E/N/P
  • 10% if work a shift on Saturday/Sunday
  • 30% Weekend Option "A" shift
  • 50% Weekend Option "P" shift
  • $2.00 Pool
  • 25% Float Pool Differential

Weekend Option requires 12/16 hours worked between Friday 2:30P-Monday 7A (negotiated with Clinical Service Manager), includes full-time benefits and allows for 2 weekends of sick/vacation per year.

New Graduates receive additional money upon completion of probation (3 Months) based on nursing degree.

Yearly Reviews allow between 0-4% increase based upon performance review.
