Education Reference Notice
In addition to completing your application for a New Graduate Position, you will be required to print off the attached Educational Reference and ask one (1) of your faculty instructors from a clinical rotation to sign and complete pages one (1) and two (2) and fax to Nurse Recruitment (686-5698) before your application will be considered for the position.
