OSQR title: Effects of early exposure to dietary factors on endocrinology, metabolism and body composition. This HNRC CRIS focuses on the long-term consequences of phytochemical consumption during early development in human and animal models. The OSQR project under this CRIS examines early risk factors for childhood obesity development using animal models and translational approaches. Early influences on development of childhood obesity are being investigated.
